Natascha joined Harvard from the YWCA, a human rights NGO focused on women and girls located in over 100 countries. As Director of Teen Services, she led staff, engaged political stakeholders, managed state and federal budgets; while advocating for education, gender, health, labor, housing, and justice.
Earlier in Natascha’s career, she held several roles: Manager of Academic Affairs at George Washington University, MBA Admissions at MIT Sloan, Faculty at Northeastern University, Data Consultant at KIPP, Staff Writer at Washington Afro News, Board Member at Dimock Health Center, Brokerage Associate at Wells Fargo, Client Reporting Specialist at State Street Bank, and Human Resources Manager at Clarendon Real Estate.
Living on Capitol Hill as a Resident Intern at The Richardson Building and being invited to White House briefings while at the Department of Education was where she committed to public service. Natascha has served as Goodwill Ambassador to the Gambia, West Africa, and started an education social venture, The Youth Career Coach Inc.
Quoted by the New York Times, ABC, WHUR, and Scholastic, she is a chapter author in the book, Obama and Black Loyalty. Natascha’s conference presentations include Decrypting Gen Z / Millennials: Gig Economy and Effectively Supporting Civilian Transition for Military Students. She earned a Senate Citation from the Institute for Labor, graduated from Commonwealth Seminar (MassCS), and the FBI Citizens Academy.
Natascha completed her executive education at Harvard Kennedy School in Leading Change, MIT Sloan in Entrepreneurship, and completed the Harvard Law Mediation Program. In addition, she has an MBA, MS, CPCC, and is a Doctoral Candidate in Leadership and Communication.
Lastly, Natascha is a member of the NAACP, National Urban League, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
