The United Nations Academic Impact and MCN partner to present the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 4,000+ Millennium Fellows have built a grassroots movement strengthening their communities. Fellows have dedicated hundreds of thousands of hours shaping 1,000+ grassroots civic initiatives to tackle inequities, discrimination, and climate change, making the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) reality.

Thousands of Millennium Fellows worldwide will join live for Graduation. Fellows will spotlight their civic commitments, engage with global leaders, and join thousands of Alumni in sustaining their social impact beyond graduation.

The Legacy We Build: Vision, Voice, and Action

As the Millennium Fellowship Class of 2025 completes its journey, we celebrate not just what’s been achieved, but what’s been set in motion. Across campuses and continents, Fellows have turned ideas into impact, shaping communities with empathy, courage, and collaboration. “The Legacy We Build” honors the shared vision that unites this generation, the voices that challenge and inspire change, and the collective action that continues beyond graduation.

Three Sparks from a Thousand

Women Empowerment through Entrepreneurship:

This two-phase initiative equipped young women and students in underserved communities with creative and entrepreneurial skills. In partnership with The Citizens Foundation and Bait-ul-Barkat, participants received hands-on training in stitching, painting, and crafts, culminating in an exhibition where they showcased and sold their work. The project advanced SDGs 8, 4, 5, and 10 by fostering confidence, skills, and pathways to financial independence.
