Becker College | Massachusetts, United States | Advancing SDG 16 & UNAI 1
" I went to Saint Joseph High school where we as young women were encouraged to be all of which woman in capable of. I found that we as a young generation have a platform to do so much for our community. Getting involved within the community has a great impact, that being one of the many reason I am excited to get involved and be apart of this Fellowship. It's great to be apart of something where others are as eager to make a great change as I am. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: BeckerBar Mentoring Program
With the idea coming from the MassBar Association Tiered Community Mentoring Program we've decided to bring something like this program to Becker. The MassBar Program pairs a high school student, a college student, a law student and an attorney and at Becker we will be pairing a freshman, sophomore, junior, and a senior for a series of tutoring and mentoring sessions. We thought this would be a great way to better our studies and get the criminal justice majors associated with one another to benefit us all. If successful, we hope to offer this with all the different majors within our school.
