Millennium Fellowship Project: Regional Center of Expertise Greater Atlanta Youth Network

For our project, we wanted to improve the communication between the different schools involved in the RCE Youth Network. In practical terms for this semester, we made a website, developed different forms of social media to improve marketing for the network, and planned 3 events to engage all the other campuses in the RCE Youth Network of Greater Atlanta. In broader terms, we aimed to create a new regional model for collective impact, by harnessing university and college resources for community benefit – and in the process, better preparing our students to be sustainable development changemakers, in Greater Atlanta and beyond.

About the Millennium Fellow

I am going into my last year at Georgia Tech and I am studying Economics & International Affairs with a minor in German and certificate in Finance. I am conducting independent research on the effects of displacement in certain areas of Atlanta and I am part of the RCE Sustainable Development without Displacement working group.
