ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2018

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2018, students applied to join the Class of 2018 on 285 campuses across 57 nations. 30 campuses worldwide (just 11%) were selected to host the 402 Millennium Fellows in the global pilot this year.

The Class of 2018 is bold, innovative, and inclusive. During the Millennium Fellowship, Millennium Fellows' dedicated 48,785 hours and their 214 unique projects positively impacted the lives of 393,449 people worldwide.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Kaapikuru

Kaapikuru is a social enterprise comprising of a public library, A cafeteria that is partly powered by man power, we conduct events to sensitize people towards advancing SDG 12. And provide a space to communicate with each other and make positive impact in their own world through education and interaction

About the Millennium Fellow

I grew up amidst a family of loving aunts, cousins, uncles and grabdparents. I completed 14 years of my schooling abroad in Qatar from where I passed out with appreciable grades. My interests in life varied but my passion for photography was constant. I am well versed in English language and my mother tongue Malayalam, and can manage Arabic. I am a ardent listener to many and is patient enough to help. I have commendable skills in writing and painting. I find myself an excellent reader of all kinds of books of a variety of genre. I have an exceptional talent in photography and engineering graphics along witb CAD.
