" I am extremely excited and so grateful to be a Millennium Fellow. Education has had a huge impact in my life and I have myself experienced the opportunities and avenues it opens up; to have the chance to work on a project that seeks to globalize education and make it more accessible is so meaningful to me. "

About the Millennium Fellow
I am a third year International Relations and Economics major from University of California, Davis. I hope to pursue a career centered around social advocacy and activism in order to create a more just and equitable society. At my university, I am involved in an organization called Period, where we provide free and convenient access to menstrual products across campus. Additionally, I’ve worked on projects aimed at women’s social mobility in Punjab, where my family is from. In my free time, I enjoy taking photos, painting, and spending time with family and friends.
