ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2018
United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2018, students applied to join the Class of 2018 on 285 campuses across 57 nations. 30 campuses worldwide (just 11%) were selected to host the 402 Millennium Fellows in the global pilot this year.
The Class of 2018 is bold, innovative, and inclusive. During the Millennium Fellowship, Millennium Fellows' dedicated 48,785 hours and their 214 unique projects positively impacted the lives of 393,449 people worldwide.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Changemakers UDEM
We are a student group dedicated to form a network of collaboration, synergy, and exchange of resources to achieve a community of changamakers that could increase their impact and grow the amount of projects in the university. That is our maximum goal, plus connecting this net to the other campuses with in which we are collaborating. For now we develop activites, conferences, congresses and we recently delegate to a the net student group that tasks. For the other side, we are begenning to work on the network between universities and willing to make more trascendental activities that could help those drivers of change in the university and get together to know each other and having then more allies to make change possible. We get to measure our impact, by persons that assist, opinions, observations of our mentors, people that is getting involved in the process. Also, we are getting to improve our measuring tools.
About the Millennium Fellow
¡Hola! I am a student of Global Business, member of the Scouts of Mexico and Drivers of Change UDEM, and proudly from Tijuana.
But most importantly I am a member of the student group Changemakers UDEM, a group born in January thanks to the Ashoka NAC Fund that gave us the opportunity to uplift the networking between changemaker students, professor, and external to the univerisity. We are now four different universities collaborating to achieve our goal to generate and strength the network between any person who wants to make a change.
