Being part of this project will be an unforgettable experience and a unique opportunity. The best part is that I can do what I like. My work is very interesting because you can help restore the health of a very small part of the body but of great importance. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Project of Preventive and Restorative Oral Health Care in Schoolchildren
We went to rural areas of Ecuador such as Nayon and Baeza. In these places we visit public schools to perform motivation and education about oral health in children and adolescents in these places. We teach oral hygiene techniques in a dynamic and fun way waiting for children to learn about oral care. We perform an individual control of each child reviewing their oral health status and perform small restorative and preventive treatments as much as possible. We provide a quality service to the children and adolescents we treat.
