University of Pennsylvania | Pennsylvania, United States | Advancing SDG 4 & UNAI 9
" I am so excited to be a Millennium Fellow as I think Sustainable Solutions is a perfect way of using the Millennium Fellowship to impact my community as I can impart the knowledge I gain from being a Fellow to competitors in the Sustainable Solutions competition. The competition will encourage a community-led effort to localize SDGs as my team members and I learn through the Fellowship. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Sustainable Solutions
Sustainable Solutions will be a competition held in the Spring of 2019 and will encourage Philadelphia youth (high schoolers and college students) to come up with ways to address and implement SDGs 3, 4, 6, 7, and 11 locally.
About the Millennium Fellow
I am a Senior at the University of Pennsylvania currently studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics with a minor in Sustainability and Environmental Management. I have had a passion for sustainability since high school and have taken that drive with me through college to pursue sustainability initiatives across Penn's campus. I am really excited to be a Millennium Fellow to further pursue sustainability goals in the Philadelphia community.
