" I believe this is a perfect place to be if anyone is looking to create a meaningful and measurable impact. I will be better equipped to contribute my quota towards the achievement of the SDG goals. Also, joining a community of leaders from different walks of life is what piqued my interest. Collaborating with diverse fellows will increase my propensity to create impacts, and help me come up with creative and innovative ideas on how to make the world better. "

About the Millennium Fellow

Abigail Yayra Asafo is a sophomore at Ashesi University studying Business Administration. She has held many leadership positions in high school and college and hopes to become one of the best leaders Africa has ever had. Abigail also believes that all human lives are equal in value, and if everyone could grasp it in that sense, then we will be more willing to go out of our comfort zones to bring hope to others and see to it that potentials are not wasted. She hopes to become an entrepreneur and a motivational speaker so that she can use her story to inspire others.
