ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2019
United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2019, over 7,000 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2019 on 1,209 campuses across 135 nations. 69 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 805 Millennium Fellows.
During the Millennium Fellowship, Millennium Fellows' dedicated 96,705 hours and their 422 unique projects positively impacted the lives of 564,366 people worldwide.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Social Inclusion
Our project is a campaing to practice social inclusion in our state, Baja California, México. This campaing includes social media content, conferences, activities, taking action in the facilities to help people that could have any inability, among other things. Our goals are to empower people with inabilities and create awareness in our society in order to create a more accesible state.
About the Millennium Fellow
Fernanda Chan is a sophomore student at CETYS University studying an international business major. She´s also the president of FORTES Leadership from United Aspire in her campus and she works very hard with her team in order to achieve the 17 SDG UN goals, trying to make her surroundings a much better place.
