Millennium Fellowship Project: MetroWest ESL Enrichment Project
The MetroWest ESL Enrichment Project aims to design and enact an English learning program for members of nearby communities. With this project, we hope to expedite assess to language education for immigrants and refugees in the MetroWest area. The project also works to raise awareness about nearby programs and organizations that may be of assistance in legal, medical, or financial matters. All this is done to ameliorate the many personal difficulties that come with moving to a new country.
Measurable Goals
*We will host formal registrations once a month for four months, and we will have informal registrations available on a rolling basis
*We estimate we will get about 50-100 people per formal registration and about 300 per informal methods during the four months.
*We will create the entrance and exit exams to measure the success of the program and learner retention.
