ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2019
United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2019, over 7,000 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2019 on 1,209 campuses across 135 nations. 69 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 805 Millennium Fellows.
During the Millennium Fellowship, Millennium Fellows' dedicated 96,705 hours and their 422 unique projects positively impacted the lives of 564,366 people worldwide.

Millennium Fellowship Project: ReACH
We as a team are working on the project to include 21st century skills in the school curriculum of government skills. Skills like leadership, soft skills are equally important to kids in life which our curriculum doesn't really incorporate. Through peer teaching it helps kids to make learning a lot better with these skills.
About the Millennium Fellow
Sabyasachi Mishra is a final year student at IIT Madras, pursuing his major in Biological Engineering. His interests lie in music and reading. he is a trained Tabla (classical Indian instrument) player. He has been a core team member of his college's annual technical fest called Shaastra in the past. He loves meeting new people and learn about their inspiring stories.
Sabyasachi believes education is the basic right for all and is passionate about creating an impact in the education space in India.
