Millennium Fellowship Project: TRANSFORM A GIRLS LIFE INITIATIVE
My project is know a transform a girls life initiative.
I educated girls about long term menstrual management products such a as the menstrual cup and the reusable pads.
I provide the products of choice to them too.
My target audience is girls who are still in school since they are dependent on their parents.
Providing these products to them will keep the girls in school since they won’t miss school during their period days, will help them in terms of dignity, reduces early pregnancies and HIV infections by reducing transactional sex for pads. Reduces early marriages and provide the girls with proper products to use.
