" Being a Millennium Fellow will help me impact the lives of many in my country by fulfilling SDG 11, which seeks to promote sustainability in the communities. Fourth more, becoming a Millennium Fellow will help me establish a network with professionals who will mentor me and help me achieve my dreams of making my country a better place to live in. This would in turn develop upon my self confidence as well. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Well improved locust beans.

The well improved locust beans seeks to add more value to the food product by improving upon its appearance and nutritional content. It seeks to improve upon the nutritional needs of ghanaians as well as generate more revenue for the country and those that cultivate the product. If this is done, it will improve upon the lives of over 100 local farmers which would in turn impact the lives of over 1000 individuals within this August to November 2020.
