Millennium Fellowship Project: STEP OUT FOR EQUALITY: A voice for equality

The project aimed at creating awareness
about gender equality and empowering
women.
The first stage of the project was a social
media campaign about importance of the
female gender and importance of treating
them right. The second stage saw to a
physical advocacy on gender equality. We
partner with an organization on campus to
carry out this advocacy. We were able to
meet one on one with females and even
convince the male gender on the importance
of the female gender and the need to allow for
equal opportunities for the women and young
girls.
And the last part of the project was village
outreach and grand seminar on women
empowering women
