ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2019

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship.  In the three months the application was open in 2019, over 7,000 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2019 on 1,209 campuses across 135 nations.  69 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 805 Millennium Fellows. 

During the Millennium Fellowship, Millennium Fellows' dedicated 96,705 hours and their 422 unique projects positively impacted the lives of 564,366 people worldwide.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Voice of the Populace

Voice of the populace is a project targeting the less privilege people, towards enhancing their literacy level and improving their level of quality education.It is of the idea that quality education is expensive for the poor and hence,going to school for adequate learning is not part of their aspirations.
This project tends to be a continuous process till a reasonable amount of the poor people are able achieve substantial level of education.

About the Millennium Fellow

ABDULAZEEZ Sodiq Olawale, an undergraduate of Lagos state university, Associate member of Accounting technicians, west Africa,prospective chartered Accountant and an advocate of sustainable development goals. He is the deputy CORDINATOR Academics of Excel minds academic group, a sound and vibrant institute in Lagos state university, entrenching and creating a supplementary means of learning to students of various course of study
