United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2019, over 7,000 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2019 on 1,209 campuses across 135 nations. 69 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 805 Millennium Fellows.
During the Millennium Fellowship, Millennium Fellows' dedicated 96,705 hours and their 422 unique projects positively impacted the lives of 564,366 people worldwide.

We conducted health talks on Hepatitis ,screened and vaccinated people of the Hepatitis B virus.
About the Millennium Fellow
Akingbola Adewunmi is a fourth year medical student of Lagos State University College of Medicine Ikeja. He is currently the Founder and Executive Director of HEALTHDRIVE NIGERIA and he serves as an Ambassador at INSTITUTUE OF ECONOMICS AND PEACE where he advocates for Peace and economic growth and UNITEDFOR2030 where he advocates for the Creation of a Better World. He is also the Director of Health and Public Education under the aegis of SOCIAL IMPACT AFRICA where he communicates and teaches causes and advocacy strategies of major diseases to the general public.He also serves as the Outreach Coordinator for the SDGs-ACT(LASUCOM) where he conducts activities in the bid to imprint the SDGs on the hearts of every student of Lagos State University College Of Medicine.
Akingbola Adewunmi is enthusiastic about rewriting the narratives of the African HealthCare system and also about creating a better world by propagating and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals.
