ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2019
United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2019, over 7,000 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2019 on 1,209 campuses across 135 nations. 69 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 805 Millennium Fellows.
During the Millennium Fellowship, Millennium Fellows' dedicated 96,705 hours and their 422 unique projects positively impacted the lives of 564,366 people worldwide.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Double E, ThemindsetNG
Project 'Double E' will run under Themindset Initiative For Sustainable Education, is a youth led nonprofit organization that is focused on quality education in all communities in Nigeria though Global Citizenship Education, Ethical Leadership and Mentorship.
Project Double E which means Educate & Empower will provide equal opportunities to secondary schoool students to access quality and sustainable education.
"Double E" aims to train secondary school students on Global Citizenship Education, Career Mapping, Time Management and Design Thinking as well as equippung students with 21st century digital skills like basic programming, graphic design, blogging and usage of social media.
Through "Double E", I hope to impact 100 students and help them forge better trajectory for their future.
About the Millennium Fellow
AREMU OLUSOLA is a medical student and Program Manager at Themindset Initiative For Sustainable Education.
He is a vision-minded youth with burning desire for social impact and positive change through active volunteering, public enlightenment and selfless service.
He is also a member of AIDE, a team of students that pay charity visits to Orphanages and Special Homes.
He believes quality education is a power tool to create an equal society and build young leaders that will change the narratives of the country.
