ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2019
United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2019, over 7,000 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2019 on 1,209 campuses across 135 nations. 69 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 805 Millennium Fellows.
During the Millennium Fellowship, Millennium Fellows' dedicated 96,705 hours and their 422 unique projects positively impacted the lives of 564,366 people worldwide.

Millennium Fellowship Project: The SDG Ambassador Program
The SDG Ambassador Program is a project that aims to expand awareness of the SDG's to high school students by capitalizing on the specializations of university students. Students that study fields related to specific SDG's will hold workshops to present their SDG to a school. The Ambassador program also seeks to further the education of the Ambassadors by connecting them with local Boston organizations that focus on their specific SDG.
About the Millennium Fellow
Matthew Boutros is a rising Junior at Northeastern University studying Political Science. He is committed to studying law and judicial systems. Having served as a university delegate to the United Nations in Geneva, Matthew researched how to increase the legitimacy of international criminal courts. Matthew is also a member of the Northeastern International Relations Council and has spent time working in a federal prosecutors office.
