" Underlying social conflicts and trauma are complex cognitive dynamics that are yet to be completely understood. I am excited to explore these dynamics and how interventions can work to counteract them. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Beyond Conflict Research for MeWe International

As a research assistant at Beyond Conflict, I helped move forward a project that would provide scientific literature and an experimental design to be sent to MeWe International. The experiment will be carried out to assess the impacts of the group therapy programs being used among refugee youths around the world. The results will establish scientific backing for the methods, help secure future funding, and help identify areas of improvement.
