ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2019

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship.  In the three months the application was open in 2019, over 7,000 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2019 on 1,209 campuses across 135 nations.  69 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 805 Millennium Fellows. 

During the Millennium Fellowship, Millennium Fellows' dedicated 96,705 hours and their 422 unique projects positively impacted the lives of 564,366 people worldwide.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Current Resources and Future Generations (CRAF-G)

CRAF-G is a collection of social awareness campaigns along with active efforts to make people realize how our sustainability is related to our use of Earth's Resources. This project aims to bring all the people who are concerned about our Planet's future together. This project includes contacting Politicians, NGOs, Educational Organizations to collaborate with us for collective effort to make this world a beautiful place with abundant resources for our generations to come. Main agendas of CRAF-G are:
1- To make people aware of Problems that might arise due to reckless exhaustion of Resources
2- To make people realize the significance of Responsible Consumption and Production
3- To leave Abundant and Reusable Resources for our Generations in the future
4- To advocate the importance of Recycling and Clean Resources
5- In short leaving a Beautiful World for our People

About the Millennium Fellow

Shajee Saeed is a junior at National University of Science and Technology (NUST) located in Islamabad, Pakistan. Shajee has always been a strong advocate of Responsible Consumption of the Earth's Resources, and leaving a better future for Generations that have yet to see this World. Shajee is currently working as a Business Development Intern at an Educational Technology Company named LearnOBots.
