ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2019
United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2019, over 7,000 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2019 on 1,209 campuses across 135 nations. 69 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 805 Millennium Fellows.
During the Millennium Fellowship, Millennium Fellows' dedicated 96,705 hours and their 422 unique projects positively impacted the lives of 564,366 people worldwide.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Student Initiative On Food Security
Our project tackles on food insecurity in the community of University of the ozarks. Our goals are to educate people on food security as well as food insecurity. We also aim to develop a food pantry in the area the the university in order to provide the best ressources we can to the individuals who are food insecure.
About the Millennium Fellow
Hendrick Octavius is a sophomore at University of the Ozarks studying Business Administration and Math with a minor in Spanish. He is dedicated to the research group of the Student Initiative of Food Security at University of the Ozarks. Hendrick grew up in a country in which most of the population is poor and he wishes to contribute to the long term development of his country as well as the development of other community.
