Millennium Fellowship Project: The Elimination of Prejudice Project

Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity is an organization that helps to eliminate prejudice. The University of Pittsburgh's chapter for Pi Lambda Phi, known as PA Gamma Sigma, has successfully hosted events in the local community that promote intercultural dialogue in an attempt to increase society's cultural acceptance; these events have positively impacted the lives of many students and faculty on the Pittsburgh campus. Furthermore, hosting events near the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Presbyterian hospital, the largest hospital in the state of Pennsylvania, has allowed PA Gamma Sigma to impact the lives of countless UPMC employees and patients.
Hopefully, by December of 2019, the impact of this project will reach as many individuals as possible in Pittsburgh via social media, news articles, etc. The project's goal is to impact 500+ individuals via events in person, and countless others through mass media.
