ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2019
United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2019, over 7,000 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2019 on 1,209 campuses across 135 nations. 69 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 805 Millennium Fellows.
During the Millennium Fellowship, Millennium Fellows' dedicated 96,705 hours and their 422 unique projects positively impacted the lives of 564,366 people worldwide.

Millennium Fellowship Project: My tutorial session
My project which is titled by tutorial session seek to educate the primary school children between the ages of 6years and 18years on the essence of pursuing higher education and also guide them in making the right career choices. We are targeting these children because we believe the foundation of the children is a huge steps towards moulding individuals to become great change makers. We believe educating these people on their human rights will help to develop the future leaders of the country.
About the Millennium Fellow
I am Ameen Ayishatu. A student at the University of Cape Coast reading B.ed Social sciences, majoring in Economics(education) and minoring in Geography. I am currently the vice president for School of Love foundation and an IT woman for the group initiators. I love to learn more and I am passionate about giving back to my community. I am currently a scholar(Mastercard foundation scholar) who aspires to be great influential leader in future.
