" While humility is cool, my personal development mentor has always said - In the developmental space, be proud of your works and achievements . Yes! I am proud to be associated with the Millennium Fellowship especially the fact that it's in partnership with the UN Academic Impact, and I say it whereever I go. Being selected from over 7,000 applicants is really a big shot, for me. I am excited to be part of this!
With this opportunity, I will increase the profile of my organization and so, why shouldn't I tell the world about it?

Millennium Fellowship Project: The GELA Youth Empowerment Project (Skillup-360) at University of Benin.
The GELA Youth Empowerment Project (Skillup-360) provides less privileged undergraduates and recent graduates aged between 18-35 years who are of West African origin (majorly Nigerians) with unhindered access to career-enhancing soft skills training while exposing them to foreign mentorship as next-generation leaders. Unlike other career enhancement programs, this project provides equal and direct access to international career and leadership professionals for this targeted vulnerable group, is not just geared towards outreaches but post-event tailored mentorship and follow-up by foreign experts, utilizes a virtual reality model and provides a psychological therapy option (Psychocare app.) for the underserved young generation who have written themselves off career-wise. Goals set during the Millennium Fellowship include:
1. Train and certify 100 undergraduates and recent graduates the University of Benin in Soft skills and Leadership Education within a 4-month period (20 Persons monthly through monthly onsite Young Changemakers Indoor Conference tagged -Skillup-360)
2. Incorporate into our already built Foreign Mentorship Website.
