" Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals is something that we can only do together as a community, and I am so excited to meet people who are working towards doing so. Meeting individuals who share a passion for advancement will broaden my understanding of this world and add depth to the project I am working on. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: SOAR (Skating Opportunities for Adolescents, Rising)

SOAR (Skating Opportunities for Adolescents, Rising) is a program giving youth in the wider Philadelphia community an opportunity to learn how to figure skate and the importance of health and wellness. Through hosting on-ice sessions, off-ice conditioning, and workshops about health and wellness, it will give youth a chance to improve their health, confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills by setting goals and planning for their future.
