" I'm excited to be a Millennium Fellow because I have always wanted to be a positive influence to my peers, my community, and the society. I really like what Shunsuke Tsurumi said, “everything youth do are great things.” As long as we youths still have the courage to fight against the unfair and to strive for something better, then we are doing great. So I am so happy to have the opportunity to be a Millennium Fellow and work with so many people with shared values to make the world better. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: The Fred Hollows Foundation

I currently works with The Fred Hollow Foundation, one of the largest non-profit organizations in Australia which aims to put an end to avoidable blindness. It may be surprising to a lot of people that at least one-fifth of the people who are blind do not have to be blind. We believe every eye is valuable, and everyone should have a right to see this beautiful world for themselves.
