ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2020

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2020, 15,159 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2020 on 1,458 campuses across 135 nations.  80 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 1,000+ Millennium Fellows.  The Class of 2020 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Card of safe health

The Yemen Public Health and Population Office provides high-value treatments for people of lower and poorer health to inform them about treatment fees for their illnesses. The project goal is to provide aid to at least 1,000 patients by 2020 and help improve access to good health in Yemen, especially Sana a. The project want to help vulnerable illed persons fulfill their dreams of healing despite their poor family backgrounds. The team have already started working with health centers from remote rural areas and with more resources and also intend to expand their influence to include at least 20 hospitals and health centers and some homes for the disabled.

About the Millennium Fellow

Mohammed Khalid Mohammed Ali Alkouly lives in Yemen and currently studying Nursing at Al-Razi University. He loves participating in community activities and striving to develop his skills and make a difference on the ground.
