United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2020, 15,159 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2020 on 1,458 campuses across 135 nations. 80 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 1,000+ Millennium Fellows. The Class of 2020 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Growth and Development of a Child
This project focuses majorly on assessment of the anthropometric measurements of school children (majorly toddlers and preschoolers) in Babcock University Staff School and it is essentially designed to ensure that each child is accessed for proper growth and development in order to make informed decisions required to improve each child’s well-being. It involves measurement of the height and weight of the school children. These measurements are plotted against the World Health Organization growth chart.
The overall goal is to create a sustainable method of anthropometric assessment and on the long run determine the nutritional status of the children, intervene and proffer solutions where necessary. The project will require partnership with a non- governmental association, The DeNovo Charity Foundation to obtain the funds that would be required for the accomplishment of this project.
The project aims to accomplish adequate anthropometric assessment of at least 70% of toddlers and preschoolers of Babcock University Staff School and aims to positively impact 50 - 90 individuals
About the Millennium Fellow
Belusochi is the only girl of four boys. However, contrary to the expected, she's not a Tomboy. She loves being active (calisthenics, Yoga etc). She is very passionate about creating an impact on others. You'd most likely find her reading a novel, doing yoga or drawing( most recent hobby). Belusochi is a determined, strong willed person. When she wants something, she works hard and doesn't stop till she gets it.
