" The UK has one of the worst social mobility records amongst the richest nations. At my core, I believe in equal opportunity regardless of where one begins in life and the money in their parent's bank account. The Millennium Fellowship will allow me to fight for this truth, until it is the reality within the UK and elsewhere. To be apart of a global network of young people fighting for a better future for humanity is a privilege and will continue to inspire me. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: #StoriesNotStatistics

Complying stories of students and young professionals who grew up in low income and ethic minority backgrounds as a social media campaign to improve the aspirations of children and young people from these backgrounds and to reclaim the social mobility narrative. We are #StoriesNotStatistics. Measurable goals: share the stories of 25 young people, gain a following of 500 people.
