" Education should make you truly evolve as a person and prepare you for a world that is rapidly changing. Growing up in India made me realize how narrow the definition of education is here. I believe schools must actively involve students in the conversations around sensitive topics like gender, sex and mental health. I wish to see this incorporated in the actual curriculum of the schools and for this, there needs a conversation to be initiated on the value of such a holistic definition of education. I am very thrilled to have an opportunity to work with people who share the same goals as me so that we all collaborate to bring about transformation in our education for the future generation. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: HealthiHer.

HealthiHer is a project focused on curating information around menstrual health and the sexual health and well being of women by create an ebook that is approved and sourced in collaboration with NGOs and doctors in this field. The project also aims to curate webinars in order to give young women a platform where they can directly talk to relevant experts without the fear of any judgment and apprehensions. With almost no sex education offered to students in schools in India, HealthiHer is a step to provide an avenue for women to discuss important health related concerns that are often not talked about.
