" I am so excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it is a great opportunity for me to work with great minds across the globe so as to make our society a better place to be. I also like the fact that I will be working with my like minded people to make impact in the African community. I have made a commitment to liberate this generation and I am intentional about my decision. Until this is achieved, no going back. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: We are all EQUAL

About 70 percent or more of ladies out there do not believe in themselves. Some of them feel inferior and depressed once they encounter any challenge.
They mostly have the believe that only a male child can go far in life, that it will be difficult for a female gender to make impact. So Olapade wants to empower ladies and make them know that what a man can do, a proactive woman can do better. As we are all EQUAL.

This is projected towards raising some little funds to train them on some basic things they can do to be independent and have access to what a male figure can access. Educating young ladies across the campus on skills acquisition, leadership roles and much more, including the proper utilization of the technology asset in acquiring value and building a responsible financial life.
The team will engage in seminar talks alongside webinars, online awareness, projecting at reaching minimum of 250 people in different areas within the state and across campuses.
