" I am really looking forward to being a part of the Millennium Fellowship. I will work hard with my university to help the people in my community. I hope to help feed the students who rely on their school meals to be properly fed during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have made a commitment to ensure that the difficulties these students face will not go ignored. I will do my very best to help those affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Ending Hunger in Greenville Schools
Sophie plans on conducting a canned food drive for the local Greenville school students who have relied on the lunches that are served to them as a source of food. She also plan on speaking with the University's president on seeing if it would be possible for the dining hall to donate the leftovers to the local after school programs.
