ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2020
United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2020, 15,159 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2020 on 1,458 campuses across 135 nations. 80 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 1,000+ Millennium Fellows. The Class of 2020 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Smiles and Hope
This project is foused on children living with Nodding Syndrome. It focus on providing food, educating and making them know and part of the society; the time duration is 2 years
About the Millennium Fellow
Ayiri Joshua, a future Food scientist, an entrepreneur and a lifelong humanitarian. Joshua is a third year student at Gulu University. He is a Nigerian national. Joshua has a devotion and motivation to become a transformational leader. Joshua has a purpose to educate and mentor youth on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and create job opportunities with potential to reduce unemployment. Joshua is currently the President of the Rotaract Club of Gulu University
