ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2020

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2020, 15,159 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2020 on 1,458 campuses across 135 nations.  80 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 1,000+ Millennium Fellows.  The Class of 2020 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Green Sky

Green Sky is an initiative towards constructing vertical forests on residential and corporate buildings to tackle the poor air quality and deteriorating lifestyle in Urban cities.The project would educate people on the concept of vertical forests and introduce this idea in the community as this is an alien concept in India. The team would conduct surveys, conduct webinars and talk to home owner’s association, welfare association, builders and contractors to explain this idea and the incentives around it to attract them into adopting.

About the Millennium Fellow

Navya Goyal is a passionate and goal oriented girl who is currently studying and residing in India. She aims to study abroad so she can use her education to make a difference in people's lives. She in keen on traveling and exploring the world.
