" I'm very excited to be part of the Millennium Fellowship, because I truly believe this is a great opportunity to continue learning about development of high impact social projects. The idea of working and getting to know people that have the same passion and love for community service as I do, sounds like the perfect platform to learn, grow and connect. I believe that education is the best investment and that knowledge is power, so I want to work to help people receive a quality education that allows them to explore and maximize their potential. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Educación sin barreras (Education Across Barriers)

Education Across Barriers aims to promote and facilitate access to education, which is SDG4, with people of middle school and high school. All the above with a family framework. As the team approaches vulnerable communities, they plan to work first with young people of middle school and give them motivational, leadership, finance, etc, workshops to empower them and let them know that they are capable to keep studying. In addition to this, the team wants to invite their parents if they haven't finish high school and also connect them with an accessible and flexible institution that can help them to finish the basic education according to Mexico's law and the time they have to do it. Educación sin barreras (Education Across Barriers) desires to create a sense of families growing together and to strengthen the compromise they have within them and as a result with us.
