ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2020

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2020, 15,159 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2020 on 1,458 campuses across 135 nations.  80 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 1,000+ Millennium Fellows.  The Class of 2020 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Distinction at a go!

Distinction at a go! project is a project that is aimed at advancing goal 4 (Quality education) of the sustainable development goals by achieving academic excellence among students in campus. This project is positioned towards enlightening students on the core values of education, raising competent academic tutors from various levels at various faculties on campus, organizing tutorials across various faculties on campus, creating a reading hub, organizing mock examinations and also partnering with other tutorial organizing forum in creating a compendium on some selected general courses offered in campus that will aid in augmenting the understanding of students and also enhance their overall performance in that course. This project will positively impact more than 500 students.

About the Millennium Fellow

Victor Daniel is currently a 400 level student of Microbiology, Lagos State University. He is an advocate of the SDGs and has so far developed keen interest towards advancing quality education. He is good at creatively applying solutions to problems, to make life easier and brighter.
