United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2020, 15,159 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2020 on 1,458 campuses across 135 nations. 80 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 1,000+ Millennium Fellows. The Class of 2020 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Soul Education
Soul education is an initiative to stress the importance of psychological side when teaching young children.
The mission is to raise awareness of the importance of children's mental health when receiving education and how important is the psychological aspect of a learning process and also to train teachers and caregivers the proper and efficient way of dealing with children's psychology. They are aiming to do from 4 to 5 training events within schools in different regions of Lebanon during the period of the Fellowship and reaching by that more than 150 trainees between teachers and parents.
About the Millennium Fellow
Alaeddine Loueti is a Tunisian student at the Lebanese Americain University. With his enthusiasm for education and his experience abroad, Alaeddine believes in a world with zero illiteracy. He is so excited to start the Millennium fellowship, start his project, and make an impact.
