ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2020

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2020, 15,159 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2020 on 1,458 campuses across 135 nations.  80 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 1,000+ Millennium Fellows.  The Class of 2020 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

" I am very interested and passionate in solving health related issues affecting many countries in Africa. Neglected Tropical Diseases have really killed a lot of people due to the fact of not having proper medical facilities extending to the most remote areas of some countries. I am really thrilled to be part of the Millennium Fellowship program because it has given me the opportunity to work with others in other to reduce the mortality rate of these diseases in affected regions. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: CLEAN "2" SAVE

CLEAN "2" SAVE will be centered towards promoting SDG 11 and 3. The project involves making the environments and communities sustainable. To achieve this project, Felows will partner with the local authorities in the surrounding communities. Through awareness, campaigns and outreaches , the project would have equipped individuals on ways of making the environment more sustainable.

About the Millennium Fellow

Olasupo oluwabusayo oluwtobiloba is a current student of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. He is dedicated to creating meaningful solutions to societal problems and having genuine partnership with teammates and fellows in other to help individuals achieve their goals.
