" By being a Millennium Fellow I would be able to serve my society in a much more effective way. This would give me the platform to connect to like minded people and tap into resources which would help me in achieving this goal of mine i.e to spread awareness on mental health. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Fortitude

This project plans to break the stigma surrounding mental health by conducting online webinars for educational institutions and raise awareness on how serious the issue.

The Fellows are going to conduct online workshops and presentations regarding this as well. They would also encourage people to do the same and establish a community of educated and empathetic people. Also, the team is going to host a podcast and blog on mental health. They are including a professional to share their views on the situation.
