ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2020
United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2020, 15,159 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2020 on 1,458 campuses across 135 nations. 80 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 1,000+ Millennium Fellows. The Class of 2020 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

" I have always felt that it is our responsibility to contribute back to society for everything, it has done. I believe that the Millennium Fellowship is the perfect platform to make my dream come true. The Millennium Fellowship provides a great exposure as it will help me to build more connections across the globe with like-minded people. This platform will also help me in improving my soft skills. The Sustainable Development Goal that I have picked is related to Gender equality because I believe that first, we must learn to live among each other in harmony and this act alone will help pave way for a better society. I will make sure that I will do everything in my power to achieve this goal. "

Who are we?
The Millennium Laedan is an initiative to make a change with the greatest resources of our country. The Millennium Laedan understands that youth are not just a demographic or target audience. We, Generation Z is a huge resource. We, the youth, dream big and put in efforts to make it big in life. The Millennium Laedan focuses on this youth energy. We bring like-minded people and people who want a change together.
What do we do?
The Millennium Laedan is an organization by the youth and for the youth. We bring the youth together. We talk about things that need to be heard and create awareness. We question. We raise our voice. We discuss. We debate. We make a change
Why we do this?
First, we wish to bring change. Next, we wish to work for a social cause. Therefore, a major part of our earnings is donated to orphanages and NGOs. We know that Youth has a lot to say. We create a platform where the youth is heard. We do it for us, for the youth. We do it for everyone like us, who wants a change.
