The Act 4 Her Initiative seeks to promote women's reproductive health by increasing awareness on the use of appropriate and suitable contraceptive methods to prevent unwanted and high-risk pregnancies, the need to plan families including spacing of pregnancies and limiting the family size, in order to prevent or reduce maternal mortality to the barest minimum. Also to create and increase awareness on the dangers of Teenage pregnancy, unsafe abortion, Sexually transmitted diseases, Female Genital Mutilation, Child/forced marriage, and others.
