" As an analyst, I find the future being bleak for a country like India purely because of our population and the struggling economy. I'm a proponent of investing in the development of the next generation to revolutionise various nuances of our system. Millennial Fellowship provides us this opportunity to breach barriers and interact with a diverse set of emerging leaders. I'm excited for the future that we shape for the babies of tomorrow. As social entrepreneurs we all hope to find a ray of hope and validation and personally, being a Millennium has been exactly that. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Nurture

The 'Nurture' Initiative aims to provide mother-child kits to provide antenatal care for mothers and to inculcate the importance of education and immunization for the child. The 'Nurture' initiative aims to provide mother and child kits which consists of books, sanitary napkins, the essential information in regional languages regarding immunization, and provide medicines. The Fellows want to empower women by intellectual education and help break down taboos that surround menstrual health for women. They aim to reach out to 10 villages and impact about 1000 lives or 200 families in these villages. They further aim to organize mentorship in orphanages and government schools to support underprivileged children's learning endeavours.
