ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2020

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2020, 15,159 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2020 on 1,458 campuses across 135 nations.  80 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 1,000+ Millennium Fellows.  The Class of 2020 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Grow with Hope

Wealth distribution in Pakistan is slightly varied, with the top 10% of the population earning 27.6% and the bottom 10% earning only 4.1% of the income. Through Grow with Hope project, the team plans to raise funds, distribute ration (food) amongst the underprivileged families, and raise awareness amongst the privileged families about the situation of poverty and malnutrition in Pakistan.

About the Millennium Fellow

Hamza Iqbal is a junior student of Computer Sciences at the National University of Sciences and Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan. He loves reading books and is a great admirer of innovators like Elon musk and Steve jobs. He has found his passion in entrepreneurship and currently running a start-up named ELAJ; a telehealth platform. He is fond of solving difficult problems and his goal in life is to positively impact people's lives through his innovation.
