" It is an honor to be a part of the Millennium Fellowship community. Building relations and sharing goals to change our society are the main aims of Millennium Fellowship. I really hope to create the change that we want to see in our countries. I believe that youth could make a difference and this Fellowship is the perfect opportunity to prove that. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Voice

Qatar has a massive number of foreign workers. Due to the language difference, lack of necessary legal knowledge, and poor financial aid, it is hard for workers to get legal assistance to raise their voice and access the justice system. Out of this need, our project aims to establish a law clinic, with fortifying of our college clinic, that provides these workers legal advice and legal assistance by our team of law students. Then, these cases will be addressed in courts through the help of three law firms in Doha. s. Moreover, the project targets to raise awareness across the university students and workers themselves about the human rights of these workers, and how they could approach the justice system.
