" I am so excited for this new journey as a Millennium Fellow, this is a huge part of my dream as i am looking forward to change common myths regarding Agriculture especially to potential young people who could be transforming lives through this sector for the overall betterment of our country and the whole continent at large. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Cheese for Fees

I have observed that there are only a few selections of cheese on our market yet people all around the world are eating many more types of cheese. I want to exploit cheese production and introduce various types of cheese to our cheese industry and I want to do this alongside lifting local farmers rearing cattle on small scales aiming at the least earning farmers. In about 4 months' time, my goal is that every farmer I'll be working with will be able to pay for the current or upcoming school term.
