ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2020

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2020, 15,159 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2020 on 1,458 campuses across 135 nations.  80 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 1,000+ Millennium Fellows.  The Class of 2020 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

" I am very excited and grateful in being a Millennium Fellow as it is a wonderful platform to create the much needed impact in the society. I also appreciate the fact that I will get the oppurtunity to work and interact with like minded youngsters who is longing to create social impact in the society. With the support and guidance I am sure that I will be able to create an impact, even if small or big, in creating a just and equal society for everyone by understanding and working on the mindset of the people. I strongly believe every people, regardless of any socially constructed barriers, is having a right to put forth their opinion for sustainably developing their own community. I will put my full effort in achieving it. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Building humans to think differently

The aim of the project is to bring change in the thought process of the people through various programs which helps them to get what they deserve. This project helps the people to build real word skills and other environmental related course of action. This project is done with university community and also help them to excel at the particular streams of students with a clear thought based, action based and value based capacity building programs. We aim to build capacity in such a way that it becomes a way of life for each one who are all imparted by this change. We also planned to bring changes in the subjects which will also helps them to learn and use them at the same time.

About the Millennium Fellow

Aravind R Syam is compassionate person towards his fellow being. He likes to work with people and involve those people in many activities. He works thinking about all his fellow mates and takes into consideration the requirements of his team mates. He is very understanding and tolerant on people.
