ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2020

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2020, 15,159 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2020 on 1,458 campuses across 135 nations.  80 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 1,000+ Millennium Fellows.  The Class of 2020 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Hope Foundation

I want to set up a business for those who are less privileged and are unable to attend school, mostly these people have the talent and skills in particular areas but due to lack of funds they are not able to do something beneficial with their talents to earn income, I want to start with Dress Making, move on to Batik and Tye-dye,printing, Kente making and there's More to come as time goes on.

About the Millennium Fellow

Mohammed Tahama is a 21 year old female living in the Ashanti region of Ghana with her beautiful family. She is a level 300 student offering Bsc.Actuarial Science in the University for Development Studies. She's so passionate about giving and her greatest motivation is Hope, this spirit of Hope keeps her going and helps her press on and push through when difficult situations comes her way. She's not ready to give up because she believes and have much confidence in herself.
