" I am excited to be part of Millennium Fellowship because it is a great opportunity for me to be connecting with passionate individuals, especially from different works of life who are committed to seeing Sustainable Development Goals becoming a reality. I believe that exploring quality education is a huge milestone for a sustainable development. In respect, I am dedicating myself whole-heartedly and hoping to have a greater impact in championing this course. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Becoming-through basic education

Becoming-through basic education is an initiative aimed at taking education to the underprivileged. Our targets are children between the ages of 3 and 12. The training would be structured such that different levels (classes) would be available. At the start of the training the level of understanding of each child would be assessed. Different methods of learning and teaching too would be employed. Pre- and post training assessments would also be conducted to monitor progress.
Given the ongoing pandemic we hope to take the teachings to our mobile phones. It would just be a call away, with most of the content preloaded. We also hope to take the teachings to our radio stations, all they would need to do is tune in.

By December 2020, we hope to have impacted the lives of a minimum of 20 children This would just be the beginning though, indeed a step in the right direction for the children who would move on to the next level of their training while we also continue to train the new intakes as well as expand our reach
